In this case, Akelmi's pants are from Norway, and her jacket is from Chicago hence the use of the two terms, sorry for the confusion.
That makes sense. I wondered whether that was the case, but then saw that the BlackMilk post didn't have the "international" tag despite BlackMilk being Australian and her shirt being from China. Thanks for the clarification though.
